Sabaki farm, is located roughly 10km from Malindi town. The farm is within the Malindi District.
The farm is located roughly 8km from the river mouth. The river is permanent, meaning that it does not dry up at all, as opposed to a seasonal river. The water is water is fresh, and even with its close proximity to the sea, is not contaminated with salt water.
The Farm consists of subdivided plots, that cover a total acreage of 65 acres. Most of this land is bush, with abundant indigenous trees.
The land is undulating, with hills and valleys, throughout. There is a road network, that allows to access to all the plots. This road is partly permanent, but would require a proper top cover to be accessible and passable through out the year.
